Entertainment One Australia Marketing Coordinator

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This full-time role is responsible for coordinating all ingoing and outgoing assets for the Home Entertainment marketing team - including but not limited to DVD and Blu-ray key art/sleeves, artwork for all digital platforms, advertising, video content, images, logos/copyright lines, email signatures and organic social activity.

A major component of this role includes working closely with eOne design agencies to manage the end to end creation process of all DVD, Blu-ray and digital artwork and packaging design. Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly and adhere to deadlines are all required to ensure the continued successful roll out of this ongoing process.

This role is also responsible for managing briefing and delivery of advertising assets including desktop and mobile, video content, out of home, TV and print. An eye for visual communication, a passion for marketing and some creative flair is required to create ads that are engaging and on-message.

In addition to the above, this role also provides general support to the marketing team, coordinating a variety of tasks including but not limited to copywriting, prize/merchandise sourcing and fulfilment, and the creation/distribution of marketing materials. The ability to multi-task, manage stakeholders, work autonomously and prioritise workload is essential.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 Work with Head of Marketing, and the Physical and Digital sales teams to manage the end to end digital platform artwork / DVD & Blu-ray sleeve process in line with critical path timelines (process includes: sourcing key art/imagery, copywriting, briefing designers, managing approvals and print delivery).

 Coordinate and provide strategic recommendations regarding the marketing team’s use of video content/images / other assets. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to organise and plan content usage across advertising, social media, publicity and retail marketing.

 Execute eOne home entertainment advertising as directed by the Head of Marketing and the Marketing & Digital Media Manager. This end to end process includes creative brainstorming, briefing external agencies, coordinating specs, managing third party approvals, and managing delivery with eOne’s media agency.

 Brief in and deliver additional marketing assets as required - including but not limited to layered artwork, stills, packshots, logos, video content, team email signatures, presentations, flyers, layered artwork, EPK content and other video content.

 Order screeners and finished stock on behalf of the department for mail outs/staff requests, distribute merchandise/media drops, and coordinate fulfilment of promotional pricing as and when required.  Create written content for the home entertainment website and articles for eOne’s fortnightly eDM.

 Proactively contribute to the overall home entertainment campaign planning process with contacts, ideas and updates. Assist to improve team culture, workflow and output with process recommendations and suggestions.

Ideally, the successful applicant will possess:

 A minimum of 1 year’s experience, preferably within advertising or marketing

 The ability to work autonomously (managing tasks end-to-end and problem solving) and also within a team

 Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines

 Impeccable attention to detail, particularly in written communication / proofreading  An existing knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) advertising and video content terminology/specs

 An eye for design and the ability to think visually

 The ability to think creatively, identify opportunities and contribute ideas  An interest in the media/marketing industry and a passion for film and TV

 Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

 Basic Photoshop skills (preferred, not essential)  Copywriting skills/blogging experience (preferred, not essential)
